Nigel is a great guy to do business with. He does a good job for a good price. But he is also polite, honest, respectful and keeps his word which is rare with tradies these days.

We are overall unhappy with the results of the repairs that Reliance Roof Restoration did 1.5 years ago. 1.5 years on, I have had to rust treat about 10 areas of the roof myself, and fix several small holes. Some areas of the rust were clearly coming through underneath areas they had painted, meaning not enough care was taken to properly rust-proof the roof before painting. I had been told the job would take 2 days and it was finished in 1, which surprised me, given it involved repainting as well as repair, and I suspect the workmanship was rushed and little care taken.Unfortunately this means that we have had 2 leaks in our roof. 1 leak was clearly an area around a bolt that had rust around it, 1.5 years on from the completion of their repair work. This means damage to our house.
