The support, help and direction I received through physical training and the MindfullyMe sessions were imperative to my success. Occasionally I did 1on1 sessions and I'm definitely still on my journey, but Keny made that 1st step obtainable. They will find what fits everyone individually, so everyone succeedsDefinitely recommend AAA+++

FDW has everything I've ever wanted in a fitness program. I'm always being challenged and smashing goals and fully enjoying every moment. I am definitely seeing results physically but the true reward is the improvement in my quality of life.. I just feel amazing. It's essential for both mind and body to maintain that balance. It's a must try!

Kendra and Jayden are a lovely couple who run Avondale Bootcamps at Riversdale park which I've attended over the last few months. Kendas a great PT always leave her sessions sweating and feel great starting the day full of energy. Jayden is more relaxed but so friendly and encouraging especially for beginner level into fitness. Thanks guys you helped me get fitter over the past few months.
