I have used this company several times now and they always have excellent customer service ,fair pricing and do a professional job.I would definatly recommend Towbar Express to everyone.

Great service and because they thought it may be a little longer then first expected, I was given a loan car to run my errands for the time it took! Definitely will recommend to friends and family who need a towbar done or if I ever need one on another car again!

I had a towbar fitted and my exhaust was 2mm off the tow bar which caused the exhaust to rattle against it I explained my concerns re booked to sort out clearance issue to find that they had just moved my exhaust off center instead of modified the tow bar I explained I wasnt happy with the result i had talked to another lady afterwards waiting for her towbar to be fittedand she said 3 people in the last hour had come in to complain about their tow bar fitment including loose bolts etc was told they would re design a new tow bar and get back to me asap two weeks have passed no contact would not trust them to touch my vehicle again ended up getting another outfit to remedy the problem in less than 1 hour wasted so much of my time very unprofessional service.

Travelled all the way from Timaru to get a tow bar fitted, only to be told they had ordered the wrong one!!I had told them the make and the model over the phone, so very disappointed with their service.I used them two years ago and their service was fine. I was not offered any compensation for my wasted trip.

Highly recommend! Nothing was a problem, worked with me to switch appointments around while we waited for our new car to arrive, talked me through tow bar options and answered all my questions. Offered me a loan car when they saw I was going to walk into town in the rain. Amazing service, quality product and best value in CHCH.

Came in after doing some DIY on the car to try and get the trailer plug working while on holiday with the family. Spent 3 hours the night previous and couldn’t continue without a repair done.The boys were able to lend a helping hand and did it immediately first thing in the morning. Problem all solved with a new plug- but it was the flexibility to jump in and help us get on our way along with the friendly staff to boot. Wanted to charge me with a box of beers - had to convince them to bill me! Stoked- would highly recommend if your getting a tow bar or sorting out the wiring!

We purchased a tow bar on Wednesday afternoon and arrived in Auckland 8.20am Friday morning! Exceptional service fast and efficient and a pleasure to deal with Tony. It has been fitted today without a problem, I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to deal with a great kiwi business.

Awesome service. Told to drop our car off at 10am I was running early and was told they were running late so to expect the car after lunch. Got phone call well before then to say it was ready. Superb service!! That's now the third tow bar we've had from these guys and the quality is consistently great.

Great company. Towbar fitted in under an hour.I had some problems with my trailer plug and the mechanic completely rewired it for me without any hassle or payment. Cheers guys!
