The team at HSM are fantastic, from Kim's friendly demeanour to Carlos' great technical knowledge and his practical solutions. This is a place where customer service really does come first; where you know the job will be done properly for a fair price. They also include free loan cars which is very handy. Needless to say, I'd highly recommend HSM.

Have had a great experience here while taking my car to them to get major repairs. We’re very easy to deal with had my car booked in and repaired in great time. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming we’ll definitely be going back

(Backstory: My visit to High Street Motors was for car repairs for a failed WOF. I was advised to visit this store by a relative because the initial store was possibly overcharging me.)I had the most pleasant experience and encounter from the get-go with High Street Motors without having met the team. I felt a warm presence from Kim on the phone who booked me in during a suitable timeframe. I made another call on the same day as I was unsure how WOF's rechecks work and Kenzie also warmly explained this. In the end, the team at High Street Motors charged me less than what was quoted - which goes to show their level of integrity and honesty towards their customers!As a student, truthfully, I have quite limited savings and have no knowledge about car repairs. I am quite lucky to have family relatives who work in this industry and so I was advised to visit High Street Motors (because another company was possibly overcharging me). The atmosphere felt warm and it felt comfortable being there for my repairs (Thanks to Kim and Kenzie)!I am truly grateful that there are businesses honest about their costs and are genuinely kind and welcoming people! (I was actually there for quite a while, however, it didn't feel that long!).

Originally a good experience turned sour. Multiple attempts made to sort issue with high streets owners but no phone call or email response. Their mechanic incorrectly rewired the ground after refitting spark plugs burning 3 out. Verified by an independent euro mechanic who put their name to the report. Disappointing they wouldn't take ownership of their mistake..

I've used this mechanic for several years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They're knowledgeable when asked for advice and their work is excellent. Their pricing is very good, though I have been caught out by assuming a quote included GST only to find it didn't.
