Highly recommend. Have been going here for over 16 years and have never had a fault. Have fit us in when there have been none urgent appointments and booked us in as soon as they could when an urgent appointment was required.

Unbelievable, my partner just sat in the waiting room for 5 hours for no one to see her! She came in with chest pains which is something that should be seen to right away and she got told that others were more important than her chest pains like getting their legs checked out which is already in a cast! She watched the room get cleared 3 times. Just a joke of a medical system

Disgusting charging $20 for prescriptions when you ring up. Taking people for a ride. Ppl need their prescriptions and shouldn’t be paying $20 to ring for one in when there is no need to be seeing a dr.

Place you go when you're sick or in need of medical care. We go here for immunisations and the care received is exemplary.

Great practice! The administration team are amazing, always reminding me before scripts run out and regular text check ins between sessions. Doctor Phaldessai helped me a lot with his kind and compassionate bedside manner.

I had a family member (my mother) request help due to her having covid she has serious health conditions as does her partner and her 84yr old father that lives with them (all are covid positive), today she was called by a woman who made her feel absolutely uncomfortable and degraded as the woman said to her can't you get groceries online".... get it together awarua you are meant to help people not make them feel embarrassed about asking for help she wouldn't have asked if that was the case absolutely disgusted that my mother has been made to feel this way when all she wanted was support

I have to say that I think it is disgusting to prey on elderly people who some are convinced to try anything to make their life better - but really they are just getting old. I am very concerned that this was sold to my mum at 86 years old in 2015 - she is now 90 years old and she wanted me to pull this contraption out of her wardrobe which was sold to her for $3,800.00 - what an expensive piece of equipment for what it was supposed to do - most elderly people to not have that amount of money for something like this and just get sucked in by the whole sales talk - Now I have been asked to sell it for her as it clutters her wardrobe up at her retirement village unit - she says she was totally silly to be talked into this - I would have thought that this company would know better than to sucker in elderly people - not conscience at all!!

We have been to this place for number of years. the front desk used to be very friendly, efficient and understand our needs. my recent experiences with their new receptionist was horrifying , she was arrogant and trying to cover up her mistakes of massing up our booking, no apology instead she trying to hang up on us and refer us to P manager. regardless this business is set up for mentally ill clients or clients with complex of stresses whos need helps so they need to have efficient frontline staffs, who will listen well , empathy, be kind with a human touch of genuine care not someone with bad attitude or adding more unnecessary stresses. Just remember clients paying your wages so without them its your lost.

I'll always be eternally grateful to Niagara for what it's done for my Nana. Naturally I was skeptical about the company because lets face it you need to be in this world. But thanks to the company she's walking more comfortably and breathing easier. Which is quite a big deal when your 80 years old!
