I went to this store by chance during my Auckland trip. I had friendly services and quality goods indeed, and the location was also good. I didn't need to drive anywhere else for other shopping.

Amazing store, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are given a super informative consultation about a stroller we were interested, as well as bonuses we would get if we were to purchase it, like a free baby car seat. Would recommend this store to any parent.

Great selection of stuff, you actually had what I was looking for but your staff member couldn't look up from her phone to greet me when I walked in, and didn't interact with me at all. No other customers in the shop. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Today I went to purchase a Jellycat bunny for an Easter gift. They did not have the one I had hoped to purchase so I chose another. When I mentioned this to the lovely staff they offered to check in the box upstairs to see if one was there. Luckily for me there was. I would certainly recommend this store for the purchase of quality baby products at a reasonable price and wonderful service. I look forward to my next purchase.
