Beach clothing store

I purchased two T-shirts from andandnz at their first market last year for my 6 yr old and 3 yr old. Loved the colours and patterns and they've become firm favourites for the kids. They have washed and worn so well, really impressed at the quality. I've now going back to buy one for me!

Many reviews about bad service.... I had a good experience to be honest... Clothes are good style and discount are good ones (unlike other stores...). Overall it is a good store. I'm glad I visited. Recommend.

Last Tuesday 26th of January I visited the Ponsonby store around 3:15pm and at the beginning I was looked after by a lovely lady and even purchased a beautiful dress. After paying I asked about swimming suits and the lovely lady told me that her colleague was the specialist. I explained to the second lady that I needed something with good breast support as I am a size 14 or 16 and have a DD cup and she started showing me some options until I checked the price which was $250 and told her I was looking for an option of up to $150. After that everything changed, she told me that I would not find anything for my kind of shape in the store (with a derogatory tone) and that if I wanted something cheap I should go to Farmers, KMART or a second hand shop.She was very rude and discriminatory with regards to my shape and I am not sure if she treats people from NZ in the same way too! I am originally from Chile and have lived in NZ for the last 12 years. Also, suggesting KMART or a second hand shop to buy a swimming suit after I explained that I wanted to spend $150 which for many of the low income families is quite a lot of money frankly is unacceptable!If she didn't have anything for $150, she could have said it! But instead telling me that for that price I should go and look even in a second hand is unbelievable! I felt discriminated against, insulted and left the store crying.Also, when I was leaving she told me that I should use lay-by options if I couldn't afford the store.As I said before, one of the ladies offered extraordinary customer service which was totally ruined by the experience with the second one. I have never been treated like that in my whole life and will never recommend anyone going to your Ponsonby store.
