Many reviews about bad service.... I had a good experience to be honest... Clothes are good style and discount are good ones (unlike other stores...). Overall it is a good store. I'm glad I visited. Recommend.

Unfriendly staff

Real mix. Have been here a few times. I have had great service and terrible.I have walked in and been after a kind of specific gift and have been totally ignored.I have been in a week prior to Christmas (after 8pm and and it was dead quiet) looking for shoes for our daughter and they didn't have her size and flippantly said you could could to our other stores and see if they have them" with no offer to call other stores (which is quite out of the way to drive to on the off chance).I think if I was in my 20's and trendy they would be all over me. But me and my middle aged (surfer) hubby aren't the target market."

Been here multiple times and not even once I got greeted by a staff member whenever I browse around the store. They just look at me, I feel so belittled.

Was completely ignored when looking for a pair of jeans, tried emailing Amazon to let them know but but never heard back
