We were told that subscription is life when we purchased,we enquired with two different agents and both told the same story which means it comes from the upper management.We need the full replacement of the box or refund our Money or we will take the master franchisee to the tribunal.

Wry bad service. Seems like a scam

I will give zero ratings if there is option. From last year i am trying to call them and requesting to check as i can’t watch 2017 programmes and they from that time they keep saying they are trying to fix it but still no luck. When i bought the box we were not informed about this and also it was not written in the booklet as well. Emailed and left voice message as well buy still no luck and now my subscription is expired, and asking to pay , don’t mind paying but what is the point when the box is not working.very poor service and even the owner of this company knows everythng but not doing anythng. Poor service.

As suffering from problem with the connectivity and no content showing in programs, called them again and again but giving so many excuses and they are not solving problems as wifi connection is working properly. Such bad after service..

Ridiculous product and service. When i bought the modem in Nov 2018 they asked to pay one off payment for lifetime. Now they have deactivated the modem and asking me to buy a code for $135 for a yeas's validity. Totally misguided product!!! At least should have mentioned at the time of selling the product. It is no where written that you ll be charging again after 2 years. Highly disappointed.!

Feel cheated and deceived ! I bought the box in June 2018 and was told it is a one off payment for purchase of the box by their representative here in Auckland , Aleena ..now she says we have to pay $ 130 to buy the code as the box is now deactivated. Had I been informed at the time of purchase, I would have considered other options. I will exercise my rights as a consumer and ensure that they are made accountable for carrying out unethical business practices in NZ ..

Do not buy.Quality almost okay for few channels but not good when it comes to high in demand channels, repeats the video time to time to while watching live sports.ALSO, when I bought this box, I was told the box is an one time investment and with no further subscription fee and that it comes with 2 years manufacturing warranty.Now after 2 years, not only its warranty has expired but the box itself has expired and if I want, I can update with the yearly subscription of AU$119.00 per year. I did visit their website upon purchase and has no information regarding subscription but they claim they had the condition set 5 years ago.Also the guy who handled my call this morning was unprofessional and very rude.

Is this legal? Purchased box from Australian website in Nov 2018 for 289 + 50 courier charge plus conversion to NZD. Meant to have been for lifetime. Product and service very poor. With buffering and dismal quality. Now in Nov 2020 asking to buy a code for yearly subscription. We have to file a case. They know we do not have the time to follow up. Can only provide reviews nothing else. Please do not get cheated by these people

Don't understand why an additional renewal fee is required, when we bought the box, we were told the box is a one off payment.Now world max has blocked services until you pay, I don't want to renew yearly, I'll have my money back thank you...consumer council here I come, I've read all the terms and conditions on the box and it has no mention of any sort of renewal policy.
