Excuse me? Did I even mention I needed or I am entitled to Free internet? I 'asked' if it can be extended that to for a couple of days, there's a difference. I have duly paid for all the months of internet service which you can check, and since you asked yes I did receive free rent for the extended couple of days. It's a shame you can't take a negative review. Why don't you respond to the review below also, and exactly why you are getting the one-star.

Didnt want to post a bad review but it feels like the only way I'm gonna get a response from this company. The internet hasn't been working for weeks and nobody has responded to our dozens of phone calls emails and chats. Not really happy to pay for internet that we don't even have. Not that I would be able to cancel it even if I wanted to as nobody would respond. Clever tactic! Will hopefully hear back from someone soon merry Christmas
