We recommend Kiwi VoIP. The transition from wireless to a Starlink-connected phone service was smooth and pretty rapid. The reception quality is generally excellent, and customer service can't be faulted, in our experience.

Te Puke High School was in the market for a VoIP system and we enquired with KiwiVoIP for asolution. Jae and his team got in touch to demonstrate the 3CX system and set us up with a trialperiod to evaluate. We found that 3CX offered exactly what we were after and ticked the majorboxes being cloud based, easy to use and able to be administered using internal staff. The entiredeployment process, from dealing with N4L, switching over the phone providers, configuring theexisting phones and setting up new phones and call queues, was handled by KiwiVoIP. During theprocess, training to IT and Reception staff was offered to provide clarity on features available, how toget started, and how to manage it going forward. The school now has a high-quality VoIP system inplace, offering voicemail and mobile access to every staff member. The whole process ranimpressively smoothly and we would like to thank Jae and the team @ KIWIVoIP for providing a greatservice to our school.
