Heating

I had work done on my gas hot water and gas heating systems on separate dates. Super prompt service each time from Peter. I read the previous review and wonder if she is talking about a different company.

Ian is a professional in all aspects, prompt and communicative during the whole process. His efficient ethic and nature made the job he completed easy. I would reccomend him without hesitation.

Had our heating installed by Ian. Had great service and communication. Heating advice was excellent and now have a warm healthy home. Highly recommend. Sometimes hard to get hold of but generally rung back within the same day.

I am a solo mum with a special needs son. Mr Henson was supposed to organise installation of a heater for me. After a whole year of excuses & ignoring my pleas to arrange installation, coming into a second winter with only temporary heaters, he got nasty & cancelled everything. Mr Henson does not have a good reputation around Hamilton amongst other heating/gas repair companies either. Be very wary about dealing with this company.

I have paid , it unfinished work. try to contact them. no reply, cell phone is off.
