Due to a cycling accident in 2012, I've had to visit many dentists. The patient care here is the best I've experienced. The staff are lovely, I would gladly recommend Flagstaff dental to anybody who values quality dental care and customer service.

We were with this clinic for three years, but today we were left disappointed as instead of scheduling an appointment for checking my daughter's cracked tooth, we were sent to the kids' dental line. Despite telling the lady at reception that the operator from this line sent us to a private clinic as it was an ACC case. We decided to follow the recommendation to go to another clinic but for whole family.

Visiting the dentist is always nerve-wracking for everyone.Although once a year, my son visited the dentist for a regular checkup with a nervous mind today.However, my son and I received a completely satisfactory service, starting with a very kind receptionist greeting, and the treatment of a dentist (Danah Toubat) who gave us detailed explanations and very valuable advice.The space was completely clean and bright, and the tension completely disappeared from the kind questions of the dentist and receptionist.It's 10 out of 10.I would like to highly recommend it to everyone.

Super happy with the service here. No one answered the phone when I called but I left a message and they phoned me back not long after. I managed to get an appointment in approx a weeks time for a slightly urgent fix I required. So many dentists I had called in Hamilton were unsure whether they could actually fix my issue but Flagstaff Dental were confident they could do it. And they sure could. Thanks team, I will now be a regular customer.

Never like a trip to the but the Team at Flagstaff are always informative about how the process will go and what options could be offered to avoid pain. Very well priced as well
