Decent service, but be aware that if a product of theirs goes bad, they will refund the money for it, but not the original shipping cost nor the cost of shipping it back to them for return - you may pay both.

As the IT tech for our hospice, I need to get the best value on our tech that I possibly can. Funds are hard fought and we fundraise for much of our needs. Cackle worked with us to deliver a video conferencing system that met our needs and our budget. Cackle aren't just box-droppers, as many in IT retail are these days, they specialise in this type of product and so offered truly useful advice and opinions that helped me to make an informed choice. The cherry on the cake is that Cackle seems to have some of the most competitive pricing in this space too.If you're looking for a video conferencing system, I can highly recommend Cackle. In fact, if you're looking for any ICT equipment, Cackle would be a great choice.
