I used to think this guy Fraser Ray from Dynamite IT was a good guy but the last time he visited my house to network my printer / scanner to my laptop it didnt stay connected for long...he charged me $110.00 +gst...I rung him to let him know but he didnt really want to know about it...I rung him again many months later to enquire about one of his IT solutions and I spoke to one of his workers...his worker said to me we cant help you"!...I asked him "why cant you help me'? and his worker replied " Fraser told me to just ignore you"...I gave Fraser a txt and asked him what was going on and he didnt even reply to me...over the years I have used his services a few times and have spent a few hundred dollars with him... there is absolutely no reason at all to justify why Fraser treated me so poorly...I dont recommend his services at all now... he is not the professional I thought he was."

I've been using Dynamite Solutions for about a year or more. They have a great automated system, which has never faulted. Emails and invoices are easy to deal with, always had a reply quickly, and having an 0500 number for my business, has been great. Highly recommend Fraser and the team.
