What a Great service.Response time was within an hour and being the holidays wasn't expecting to get my PC sorted but got it done on the same day.Also my lap top had some issues and was recommended to have it replaced ,Aaron replaced the lap top and recovered the data.I highly recommend Hitek for there swift service and at reasonable prices.

Friendly and easily accessible by phone and in person, he quickly and efficiently diagnosed my computer problem, fixed it and upgraded my Windows and all at the most reasonable price. Had a problem with computer. Aaron recommended buying a new computer would be cheaper than buy new parts. Which it was. Helped setup new PC and transfer all the files from the old hard drive to new. Even worked till 11:30pm to finish. When we had a few more problems he remotely fixed the problem from his own place.Over all help. 11/10. Great communication and advice.

I had the pleasure of meting Aaron this afternoon. Within a few minutes of calling him he made himself available to visit me at home to remedy some frustrating issues with my computer. Within a very short time all was remedied in an efficient manner, and to top this off he also used his natural warm engaging personality to give me fantastic personal service. We had 2 x laptops that needed repairs and updates. Aaron repaired both and provided us with regular updates and advice during the process. His follow up service to check everything is going fine is fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and his charges are very reasonable and realistic.

I had all my photos on an external hard drive and it stopped working after my computer crashed.I called Aaron up to see if he could help but before he came the hard drive started working.Aaron still came over and gave my awesome advice. He also set me up with a google photo account that I hadn't heard of. Now I've got a backup if it ever happens again.He is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. I highly recommend him.
