Had the place all to ourselves at around 2PM. Staff is friendly and amenities are sturdy. Rental socks and food are available.

Plenty do do here for all ages of kids with parents allowed to participate too. There are several zones with different activities and each child is given a coloured wristband to denote their time slot.

We had a party middle of December, the kids and adults absolutely loved it. However the food and drink we got in the awesome party package was minimal for the price to feed 8kids,lucky we still choose to bring extra food and drink otherwise the kids would of starved. Then the following week we were called to say we had been overcharged by $40 and would be refunded as we were staying from out of town and a voucher was no good to us, i passed on details but no communication since and i have also tried to reach out.

This is a pretty nice place for kids and for parents to join in with them. Would definitely recommend it to any parent looking for somewhere to take their kids

The kids love it here at Flip Out. We've been here for a Mums & Bubs coffee catch-up with our toddlers, they enjoyed bouncing on their under 8's tramps and foam pit. My teenage son attends their 'Teen Tricks' program, he successfully learned how to do a backflip within the first session. There is a viewing room above where you can view the whole arena, free wifi is provided and there is a mini kiosk with light refreshments. This place has great potential. We look forward to the parkour park to be completed.
