Pre-booked a Taxi the day before. It was 40 minutes late, I rang after 10 mins of them being late and they just told me next available" which pretty much defeats the purpose of pre-booking in the first place.Anyway I missed check-in for a chopper flight to work. Not the first time this has happened

We had placed a booking well in advance to make in time for an appointment. Waited 15 minutes and noone turned up. I called them and was told I was in queue! The staff on the phone was very rude and dismissive. Simply said if you're going for an appointment or going to work, call them..call them and tell them you're late. This ia totally unacceptable. ACC needa to remove them from their provider list.I would never use them again. Ever!

Last time I booked several hours in advance. Come the booked time, I waited 5 minutes and then flagged a taxi from a different company. My booked taxi then txted to say they'd almost arrived - 10 minutes after its booked time. So if you use, Pre-book for a time 5 to 10 minutes before you need the taxi.

I just had the most phenomenally racist taxi driver who spewed some serious misinformation and incredibly awful opinions on everything from indigenous rights to global warming. I was trying to tell him politely I do not agree & hoping he would shut up..but he kept on dribbling absolute trash at me the entire trip to the airport. He became visibly irritated when I was opposing his hateful comments - and I felt unsafe during the trip. The cab also took a really long time to arrive after booking & I will not be using your business in the future.

Worst experience we have ever had ordering a cab. Ordered two for two diff groups of people. First one turned up within 5 mins. Great. Half hour later second one hadn’t arrived rung them to be told it was canceled due to taxi turning up and no one there. We were standing on street so a lie. They ordered another and half hour later still not there. One pulled up diagonally to where we were standing to drop someone off. I walked into street to wave it down where they did a u-turn and drove off. I then rang company again to be told we’re still trying to organise taxi and can’t control what their drivers do and they hung up on me. Now 1 1/2 hours since original order I ordered through another company who turned up within 10 mins and cancelled my taxi. Worst service ever

Phone call was very rude, didn't ask for name or any detils. Didn't really feel like the safest taxi booking. Taxi drive was good this always good drivers. I'd work on the over the phone concept

Used energy cabs 4 times over 3 days and found their service great, lovely drivers and very reasonable price each trip,. . highly recommend, not a rip off company.

Good all round service but thought the price was very expensive for a 4km trip (8 minutes). Cost me $15 plus $3 extra for paying by efptpos = $18 total. I thought the $3 extra for eftpos was over the top considering that we almost live in a cashless society. I think it would serve Energy City well to reconsider how much they charge people, if someone wants to use eftpos or credit card to pay for there trip. Especially if uber or ola make it to NP.

DISGUSTING wait an hour and 15 minutes! Called 6 times. Two taxis of this company drove straight past me. They need to employ more people, and figure out where people are , so a taxi closer to them get there, instead of ages away. Supervisor needs to short stuff out (Belinda) NOT USING this firm again !

This morning around 4:45AM I was driving to work along powderham and one of YOU’RE vehicles just pulled out on robe street. Into Powderham Street, DIDNT EVEN STOP AND SEE IF ANY VEHICLES WHERE COMING! just about making me crash into YOU’RE COMPANY CAR, and the person behind me, i had to slam on the breaks and pull into the other lane,or I would of crashed into the back of the taxi car! I’m lucky the person behind me wasn’t going fast!! You had to give way and didn’t SO USE UR EYES, or don’t drive the taxis cars! Definitely will NEVER go though this taxi Company!!!as you can’t drive
