Enviro Insulation

I came across Sam's website via a google search and requested him to give us a quote, he was extremely quick and responsive in providing us with his services, gave us the best price, used good quality insulation and answered all the questions. He also informed us about a leak under the house and offered to come over to add the remaining insulation after the leak was repaired. It took us over 3 months to get a plumber because of the Covid lockdown. When the leak was fixed, I emailed him and without any delays Sam came over and added the remaining insulation.Not just that our dog had managed to get under the house and remove a piece of insulation, Sam even fixed that without charging us any extra amount. Sam is very professional and easy to deal with guy. Thank you for making things easy for us Sam!! highly recommended

Sam was very rude and unprofessional when he and a work colleague decided it was appropriate to use power from my partners property without asking. Please be aware that this is a form of theft. Not happy with services and do not recommend enviro insulations services to ANYONE! Police checks should be requested before any work is carried out.. :( Missing products from laundry room please return.. Apologies not accepted till rectified.The power was not the issue, the phone call from my partner that you entered the laundry which had a lock on it was. Your company had my partners number to atleast contact her to ask for permission to enter. Let alone my partner was not advised of the power insulation procedures beforehand? The homeowner did not have the right to grant access to you. Now having the cheek to paint me as a monster to my partners landlord? Very inappropriate. Please except the fact that you are in the wrong and stop trying to blame me for it! Your accounts of our encounter are very fictional and you would not enjoy it if i entered and took from your loved ones home without permission. FACTS.
