I'm not quite sure what's going on with this place but I just had the worst customer service I've ever received in my life by a young girl. Extremely rude and I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming here

The kai was OK - once the lil girl dropped her attitude. Was just about to walk out, but she'd checked herself by the time the toaster finished.Being local and knowing this Subway is the first/last place passengers see in Keri (when getting on/off buses) - I would hope that the Owner would create & encourage a more positive vibe with their staff and establishment.Pretty slack really.

I went a few times because they're handy to work, but really poor service that starts at the top. One of the first times I went a while ago, the manager came out and rudely berated the staff for not trying hard enough to upsell the fillings... While there were actual customers standing in the queue listening lol. More recently I've been in and the staff are just not into it, quiet and a bit abrupt and rude. I've stopped going, plenty of other good places around that have vastly better service.

Awful customer service - do not order platters here. Ordered for pick up 10:30 was there at 10:31 and no one even acknowledge and asked anything, one of the guys slipped outside for a vape and check his phone and then when they finally asked what I wanted (my platter for 10:30)......they hadn't even started it and said it would be ready in 20. Came back 20mins later and they still making it and when I walked one guy stood there drinking his drink before coming and helping finish off.......and then told there's no cookies today so asked if I wanted a refund for them......a very dumb question - like I was going to say keep the money! When I finally get my order absolutely no apologies or sorryness for the late order or no cookies.Never again will I be back for anything like that and I'm warning others too - plenty of other great places in Kerikeri for catering.

By far the worst experience I have had at a subway. Staff were slow, didn't acknowledge us, just stood there and stared at us. Music was playing so loud, we couldn't hear ourselves think. Overall, never returning. Giving 1 star because I can't give zero

Always an interesting experience here. Some guarantees are Terrible customer service, always running out of ingredients, under trained staff, clear lack of intrest by management to run a good business. I've seen plastic lids dropped on the heating element leading to fire brigade being called. The cookie container being empty but trays of cookies stilling out on racks where flies were getting in them. Staff member ignoring me asking if he's going to heat the chicken fillets and not doing so twice, staff member who couldn't reach the ingredients so they would end up leaning on your sandwich. Luckily for them it's really really hard to completely screw up a subway sub.

Absolutely shocking experience just chuckled together way to much sauce and not even put together properly no training given no one really cared wasn’t even worth the money not even worth one star hope management improves because this store is running into the ground

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and the state of my 6 inch sub!!! How am I meant to eat it!! Never going back there again and will warn people to not waste their money there! Looks like a dog’s breakfast!!!!
