Comfortglaze Retrofit Double Glazing

We contacted Comfortglaze to quote for double glazing to our existing bronze aluminium frames. Within 2 months from confirming we had a call to advise our windows were ready and a date was confirmed. The whole 4 bedroom house was done including 2 ranch sliders in 2 days. The installers were awesome, polite and friendly we enjoyed their company over the 2 days of installing. They worked very hard and communicated with us throughout the installation ensuring we knew exactly what was happening and discussing issues like catches, locks etc. We are thrilled with the double glazing, it certainly keeps heat in and the house is a lot quieter from outside noise. Comfort communicated through the whole process and we could not fault their work. We thoroughly recommend Comfort to any prospective customers and recommend their product.

Just had all our windows retrofitted last week and are very happy with the results. The windows look great as we made a few changes. We have all noticed how much warmer it is and quieter. Great result all round with non-standard windows. A mix of aluminium and semi-gothic wooden joinery. Team on site were efficient and completed our work in a day, just before the cold set in. We have achieved what we set out to, do and that area of the house is now much cosier. Highly recommend workmanship and attention to detail.

I used this company 3 years ago. The workmanship is average, screws have fallen out of windows, others not screwed in fully. The window latches took 6-8 weeks longer and I had to ask for them. The quality of these were budget. Wouldn't recommend and would not use again.

Absolutely rapt with the work. Our neighbours knew we were planning to double glaze and recommended we get Joe from this company out for a look. The price was better, the workmanship is excellent (can't talk highly enough of Daniel the lead glazier), communication great throughout - sorted a couple of hiccups with a big and complex job really well. And the house is warmer and our complex 80s architectural windows look sharp as. So pleased we have put the money in to it, and that we went with these guys.

We are super impressed as it has not only greatly modernised our 80s home aesthetic, but we've already noticed a big difference in how it retains heat (and it's only March).We experienced very clear comms from all avenues of the business. The guys are perfectionists in their craft and have great attention to detail (I'm slightly OCD with this - so it was duly noted and appreciated). They were super considerate of the property, happy to answer my many questions, and embraced working around an over-eager 10-month-old.I had opted to update the joinery colour myself with the help of bubs which did impose on the process of installation. A few hiccups from my side meant we needed to reshuffle what days they completed the work, but they were able to accommodate our requirements with ease, help out accordingly, provide lots of know-how, and as a result, made what could have been a really stressful process surprisingly enjoyable.Basically great product, clear comms, value for money, and lovely people - you can't go wrong - we are stoked.

I have had all my windows replaced by the gang from Comfortglaze. They were fast, efficient and the tidiest workers I've met, Cleaned up afterwards and even had their own vacuum. Once everything was in they added the initial undercoat to the wooden beading around the glass. They even swapped out 6 smaller windows and replaced it with 1 large window at no extra cost. Its minus 1 now in Chch and I wish I had done this years ago. The house is sooooo much warmer and I don't need the Kercher window vac any more. I would highly recommend Comfortglaze for professionalism and price.

Superb communication, super easy to deal with, and an excellent finished product. We had a few tricky shaped windows, and Comfort Glaze has retained the look of our home while making it feel warm and toasty as the temps start to drop.
