Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park
Great location right on the beach and the walking/cycle track goes right through it! Five minutes from everywhere, great communications from the owners (they were even nice when we phoned with entry issues, which turned out to be our fault, at 10pm at night!), the one-bed cabin is exactly what's needed. A great stay, we'll be back.

Amazing location, the beach right there and easy coastal walk access. Generous site with lush grass and no ants (has been an issue elsewhere!) Clean, modern facilities with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen - great to have things like dishracks and a toastie maker to use! Lovely showers, my whole family appreciated these as we were camping! Hosts were available if needed and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much for helping to make our Taranaki adventure that extra bit awesome.

Not clean. The cabin smelt of flyspray and we found out why with the amount of bugs in the room. Lots of water damage and rust. Overpriced for what it was

Thank you for our stay.I am greatful for the amazing staff that changed our site to S 8, this worked for my family. We had such a beautiful stay. The amenities were perfect, everything worked.The sunsets and view are captured in our memories

Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park
Great location. Kids (6 and 3) had a blast meeting and playing with other kids. We hardly saw them.Very comfy bed in the glamping tent and loads of space. Lovely not having to deal with packing up a wet tent. Bathroom blocks cleaned regularly throughout the day.Worth bringing a gazebo for sitting under during the heat of the day as tent gets very warm.

Beautiful and quiet place at the Fitzroy beach with good and clean facilities. Right next to it is a nice surf school, where we learnt surfing. We loved watching the sunset!

Wonderful family holiday. We spent 3 wonderful nights at the campsite with our three young kids. It was next to the most stunning surf beach, close to cafes and town. Great facilities and friendly staff. We will be back.

Stayed in the glamping tent with 3 kids. Wonderful for adults, kids camp beds basic but ok. Lovely staff and fantastic location right next to beach and on cycle path to town.

This is a lovely place to stay and is on our favourites list! Generous campsites with easy access and good amenities. Handy to the Fitzroy shops, Coastal Walkway and the City. Reception staff are nice and friendly, Thanks.

Fitzroy Beach Holiday Park
We stayed for just over a week and loved our spot. It's perfect if you love the beach, cycling, walking and exploring the city.We did find the showers/toilets very old/worn and a few toilets didn't flush in the girls bathroom. I understand its getting a makeover, which is very much needed. We found the other toilets/kitchen area in better condition.
