0***** WORST COPMANY / COMMUNICATION!!!!!BLOCKED MY EMAILS BECAUSE THEY SAID MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED WHEN IT WAS NOTTTTTTTTTT!!!!i had x2 orders from auckland and wellington and they said it was delivered when actually they were confused which one i was talking about.0* DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM they cannot locate orders properly and are USELESS

Not very good service.

This is the first time to deal with TSB. The TSB stuff really don't respond to you proactively. After you submit the application, there is no any update. And I never receive any response proactively and they also don't tell you how long it will take. Also for the application documents, TSB stuff don't have the right experience or knowledge to check it before submitting to higher level to get approval, it takes ages to back and forth. I am wondering for this kind of bank nowadays, would TSB consider to improve their services? And to be honest, this is the worst bank service I had in New Zealand or all the bank services I had. If you have serious service, really don't want to recommend you go with TSB.

New Zealand-owned TSB clearly leads the way in customer service. Why do business with Aussie banks when TSB offers such excellent service AND all your business remains in New Zealand.

Excellent service, handling multiple currency transactions with ease and explaining everything as he went.

I spent 30 minutes filling out the application forms to join your bank several weeks ago and never heard back. I attached all of the required ID forms. All I wanted was to switch my KiwiSaver to a NZ bank. I don't see why that has to be so difficult. Why is it so easy to join an Australian bank and impossible to join a NZ bank?

Wish we had moved to TSB bank years ago.February 2023 we refinanced our home loan with TSB Bank. Very happy with their friendly, prompt and professional service. Everything could be handled over the phone and email. Loan documents signed at office of our solicitor. TSB Bank is way ahead of the curve in the way they interact with their customers. Website and app very user friendly, easy to navigate, easy to setup payees and recurrent transfers and payments and all information right where you expect it. So impressed with TSB products and services that we decided to consolidate all transaction accounts, savings accounts and credit card account with TSB Bank.

Really helpful staff who are interested in looking after me and my needs, and good advice tailored to my situation ... and they're NZ owned.
