Online booking system for an eye test was a simple and easy process.Friendly service, and I felt cared for during my eye test. This reminded me of my good experience 7 years ago. The lady under taking the exam showed concern and took notes. OPSM were able to draw on results from 7 years ago. Bought a prescription frames few weeks back. The service was really good. Nikita patiently helped me with payment for the frame 20 minutes after closing hours and really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Spectacular Spectacles and Services :The wonderful Optometrist prescribed the best and most clear glass lens which I had been looking for since 2016.Not only did Sammi (at OPSM Royal Oak) help me select a frame that looked good, she also trained me on how to adjust to my new glasses and get over the feeling of looking ‘Through Alice’s looking Glass’ a lot of people get while switching to a new pair of glasses.A week after, Nikita called me to check if I was still happy with my new spectacles !! I booked a routine eye exam and was greeted by professional, friendly staff. Throughout the appointment the staff were approachable and explained everything in a way I understood. The team helped me select glasses and find a frame that suited my face shape! I highly recommend to anyone that wants glasses or just a routine eye exam. Thanks Royal Oak OPSM!

I have an awful experience during my visits to get a progressive prescription glass from OPSM. OPSM service is so unprofessional and inefficient. I have been given useless glasses which did not provide me with appropriate vision; when I complained, they adjusted the frame and asked me to use it as it was. I had to go with so many hazels to get them to remake my glasses. They made me wait to collect my remade glasses for more than 1 and a half years. They only needed money and charged me $1600, a waste as they refused to refund my money because they made me wait 1 and 1/2 years until correct their mistakes.

Don’t go anywhere near them, bad customer service, long waits, and not a very good variety of frames. Wouldn’t recommend this branch at all.

Amazing service and care. My partner went to see the optometrist Jenny here last week and she was super helpful and thorough with the eye exam and said to contact her again if no improvements after a week so we did that today and rather than make us come in for another appointment she has organised us to see another specialist. Thank you so much Jenny. Brilliant service and care and all organsied over the phone, thank you - so appreciated. Highly reccomend Jenny, this branch and team.
