Create Hosting is nothing short of amazing. We had unreliable service from our previous hosting provider and since switching around 10 years ago we have had no significant outages or downtime (zero). If there is any problem even with things that are not Create Hostings responsibility they are super helpful, super competent and able to solve problems (e.g. with updates to addons to Magento of Wordpress almost very very fast and without fuss). They are happy to share all the tips and tricks they know and it makes running a high end ecommerce platform super easy and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are the best (understatement).
