You know if you buy a house then it is wise to get a builders report, then again with almost anything that you purchase and it's not fit for purpose then the consumers act in New-Zealand helps you out. So when you purchase a house and the roof is rotten but has been carefully disguised with bitumen tar and given a coat of paint then wouldn't the person selling the product be accountable.This is a real estate company to stay from.A mud guard company, clean on the outside but dirty underneath.
