Battle Balls were awesome. We had them for a sixth birthday and they were a hit for the kids and parents. The team were super professional and really good to deal with. They also set up a separate soccer field and brainstormed other fun activities. Would highly recommend them and would love to get them back for a “big kid” party!

This week we purchased our third mobility scooter from David at MobEco. David provides great service and advice and we are very happy customers. This last purchase we made he arranged it to be freighted from his store on the North Shore to Ruawai Northland. The scooter was well packaged and only took 2 1/2 days to arrive. I would definitely recommend David as he has a great range of product at very competitive prices.

I have purchased 2 machines from this company both supposedly good quality machines worth in excess of $1000 and both have had major faults just outside warranty. The after sales service this company provides is appalling, I have never dealt with a group of people as unhelpful and rude as these.Unfortunately I am stuck dealing with this company for the machines I have purchased to date however in the future there is no way I will ever deal with this company again and I urge any other potential customers to stay well clear.

Great gear. Good support network. I appreciate that the staff aren't overbearing. They apparently won't go to hell if they don't get the sale. It's really nice to be given space and some silence to think about how to purchase equipment.

The showroom looked nice but the guy on the reception was not helpful at all. If you don't want to be in customer service then maybe it's not the job for you. Pity because it wasn't just a monitor I wanted but with your superior attitude there was no way I would even consider looking at a treadmill after that. You lost a potential customer and sale because my initial enquiry held no interest or had commission in it. A great customer service representative takes the time and makes a customer feel welcome. As you pointed out it's Head Office well maybe they should move you on or get you some proper customer service training!

How hard is it to spend money with these people?!I have filled out their enquiry form twice - absolutely no response.Called and spoke to a guy - told him I wanted to rent equipment and pay for a courier to Gisborne. He told me he would call the next day - absolutely no contact since.Am so annoyed - either they're going out of business and don't see the point in taking my money. OR they're doing so well they don't need my money OR they are genuinely awful with customers.Not impressed whatsoever.
