Overall a dirty place that will make you lose appetite. The staff looks depressed and the burgers and fries were deconstructed maybe that's why the order was fast? Ordered regular fries but were barely filled, so does that mean a small size fries is 2 pieces of fries? The burger patties were hard and dry on their outer edges, appeared left to dry on the side. The self-order machines had no paper for receipts as well. Should remove the self-serve drinks as well as it adds to this disgusting place. :)

Went there at 8.50 this evening and ordered churros share box and salt and pepper mini popcorn chicken with chips and from what I had expected and what I got was unreal, for both orders they weren’t even half a box, and as for S&P popcorn chicken and chips they have a photo on there menu where is shows it being and what I got was so stupid…. Time wasted going there and money wanted as well…. Management needs to step up there game and see what there branches are doing, because this false advertisement and just a way to get people to spend money not realising that they were tricked….

Went through drove through several times (2023) each time the foods been hot and fresh good service friendly staff.Bbq bacon double cheese is my go to and a Hershey choc pie

The Worst Ever Burger King in whole NZ. Pathetic customer Service. This store is total disgrace to whole burger King! I’d like give -5 star for my experience but i don’t have an option for that. Honestly they don’t have any respect to their customers. The lady on drive tru and her shift manager were total disgrace.

Please make sure your order is simple because the staff won't listen, and if they do happen to hear your order right, they'll still make it wrong.They'll forget the extra sauce extra cheese which you ask for and paid for, they'll accept your coupon codes and not add the items to the menu and charge you normal price not or even overcharged you . Received warm drinks rude lady on drive through last night Manager need to work on training .

The staff and food are great...but don't go after 3pm, there are school kids everywhere, yelling, swearing, riding their bikes in the restaurant, and intimidating other children and patrons...not very inviting to dine in...get a take away.

The food is very average. I tried the hyped up Rebel Whopper and to my surprise, it was quite disappointing and overpriced. My partner and I both ordered the same thing and both think it tastes bland. Even her fizzy drink tasted just like water with flavour. Never coming back, this was the one time I tried something from BK because of the hype but it's not anything like people say it is. Disappointed 1/5

Absolute utter garbage. Ordered some creamy Mayo cheeseburgers and got dry buns with a dry overcooked patties no sauce whatsoever.Also ordered BBQ rodeos that came with a drop of BBQ sauce and a sad excuse for a New York steakhouseSeen a female staff member punch a male staff behind the counter. Completely unprofessional. Order kiosk was also disgustingly dirty, thankfully there is sanitiser in store.Do not recommend anyone visits this Burger King location
