Leith Valley Holiday Park and Motels

Tree lined little campsite handy to Dunedin. Best showers/toilets so far on our month long campervan trip.... clean, modern, heaters!!, hair dryer... and a full size accessible shower/toilet in the men's and women's.... with a shower stool. Small clean kitchen and huge lounge. A great little spot for the night.

Stayed for 1 night at their powered site $23 per pax. Hot shower, hair dryer, a well equipped small kitchen and huge common room. Overall nice and cosy!

Friendly and helpful but feels very tired, especially the shower block with one basin (of three I think) out of action. Walk to city was more than we anticipated (our fault). On plus side, nice trees and pretty quiet.

Handy location. Clean and tidy facilities and park. Didn't see any staff due to a late check in and check-out. Mattresses were a bit thin on the bunks

Attentive staff, good facilities. Bus stop not far from gates. Nice walk tonthe reservoir from the rear of the site. Suoermarketnis a 10 min walk. We would definitely stay again. Good value

My partner and I stayed in a bedroom apartment at Leigh Valley Holiday and Motels. We entered the office and a man, his partner and child were in the office, instantly giving off a warm, loving and family environment. This was so welcomed. The staff were absolutely accommodating and lovely. The room was very cosy and clean. Facilities were well maintained and functioning which is surprisingly a rarity I’ve found. All in all, this accommodation I would highly recommend and will be staying at when I visit this stunning town again!! Thank you to all that provided us with this amazing stay!

Fantastic place to stay, with very friendly and helpful staff. We have now stayed in both the bunk room and in our Caravan. Close to town, love having the river and walking tracks on your door step and the facilities are fantastic.

Our third stay here. Have stayed ina Studio unit a Tourist flat and in our caravan.Everything is clean and tidy .

My family and I stayed here for a layover. Very basic but budget friendly room with ensuite. We stayed in a tourist room studio. Quite compacted inside, with a very small and open plan kitchenette, dinning & lounge area. Ensuite also quite compacted with shower. The one let down in there is the mold growing sparsely on the upper walls. Guessing this is from the built up condensation. This will definitely need attention.Bedroom compacted however the beds were amazingly comfortable. I very much enjoyed my sleep and was so cozy and warm. All in all, our stay suited our needs and again, very budget friendly.
