Not the best experience! Long waiting for pick-up. You have to open the reception window yourself and yell out your order as they're sitting far away from the window at one point they yelled out and said close the window as papers were flying away due to wind. Obviously this place needs attention and a better experience for customers.

Spent almost an hour here not getting my TV. Due to a stuff up that was not theirs they actually did not have one but it took a lot of waiting for them to confirm that and convey that to me.

No issues with both pick up’s. A bit of a wait, but it’s understandable as they have to go find your product and bring it out. About 10-20min. Friendly and helpful team.

Sold me a brand new Samsung phone faulty from the factory and refuse to replace it. Made me wait 6 weeks to repair it while I had no phone. This is a $,2000 phone too. Absolutely useless
