Visited two days, luckily the weather was nice so road conditions didn’t impact the access. Unfortunately if you want to have a fantastic ski experience I won’t recommend Queenstown as infrastructure doesn’t feel friendly to ski enthusiasts, not to mention terrible traffic at town centre. Among all ski resorts around the globe, Queenstown ski resorts look like third world to me.

Quality of food at base has dropped considerably !Inside dining area being used as bag storage unit for people who are not dining. Very few available tables for paying diners. Oversized bags used to be kept outside not inside - today there were more than half of tables with large bags on top of tables , on chairs and under and between tables - huge trip hazards and very annoying for people who genuinely want to buy lunch and sit at a table for lunch - it just doesn’t make good business sense either for Coronet. Not good.

Fantastic beginner ski fields. I attended on the first day of the season this year having never skied before. Booked a beginner day package and was blown away by my instructor, how friendly all the staff were and how happy everyone was throughout the entire process from parking, to checking in, getting gear, riding the magic carpet etc. would recommend going early to get parking and minimise having to line up for too long for gear. Cannot wait to come back!

Helpful and friendly. Great access to take you to the top of the viewing platform in an enclosed gondola. Definitely worth visiting even if you are not wanting to ski or snowboard. The cafe has heaps of yummy vegan treats as well -added bonus.

After getting a taxi to the top as all bus services weren't operating due to the mountain being closed. They still had great facilities open and fun times. No skiing and snow boarding but the gondola and viewing platform was open. I am looking forward to making it back here when the mountain is open for skiing.

Great friendly service at the cafe. Look for a bookme deal in summer. We had lunch and return goldola to the top for 2 people for $48NZD (including lunch).
