Great place to hire from. I've rented from them twice now. Both times the cars were basic but clean and much cheaper than other rental companies. The staff were super helpful and I will use the company again when I am next in Auckland.

Booked a car a few years ago at RaD for several weeks. Collection and drop-off went totally fine, windshield crack was resolved w/ insurance without any issues. Car was quite old but in overall good condition. Very good value for money! Would recommend and rent here again.

These champs really helped me. Was the only one who did ring me back after I made hundreds of calls. Little nissan smell great. Has a full tank of patrol when we got it.A very smooth transaction through pick up. Return also bond refund.Karen was great at the front desk. Very friendly even got my dry sense of humour.Would look no further for a rental car if I would need one next time.

We rented a small sedan car for our roadtrip, just my wife and I plus luggage. We picked RaD Car because of their lower price and partly because some other car rentals ran out of smaller cars.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The car was clean, comfortable and steady enough for the winding roads and hilly terrain. Car was delivered to our hotel and the return to the airport depot was seamless. Online booking and communication were also smooth.Would definitely recommend them for anyone travelling to NZ.

I have hired a rental car from RAD New Lynn on 3 occasions and everyone of them has been great . Brett, Simon and Karen are efficient, extremely easy to deal with . This time round I even got dropped back to my accommodation after I returned the hire car. Thanks team.
