Pretty frustrating paying full price for filler and not receiving the full amount of product (just over half), will now have to go somewhere else to get a top up and my desired look. If the full product was not received I don’t believe it is ethical to charge full price, offering to store for a later date would have been the correct thing to do

I love the vibe of the place, it's so calm and private. The staff are so friendly and kind on call and irl! Rescheduling my appointment was done so easily and conveniently with their help. Also shoutout to Lavinia who was such an amazing human and so good at her job:)

I have always had problems with my skin and went for the 'fad' & 'cult' products thinking they would work for my skin like they did others. Boy was I wrong. Laura studied my skin and set me on a great journey with products that truely worked for me and routine. Now I get compliments on my skin all the time! Every 4-6 weeks I also see her for a facial and it is my favourite Me" time where I can relax and reset and actually take time out for myself! Your skin is the best thing you can invest in and truely helps with your confidence. I could not recommend Laura and her magic enough!"

Sam not only a lovely lady but also does an amazing job. Had my eye brows dyed and laminated and my eye lashes curled and tinted, have had so many people ask me where I got them done!

I had 9 acne treatments and 3 micro needling but so far I don’t see any good results. Considering the number of treatments of have done, I should have better result or improvement on my skin. Unfortunately my acne had gone to worse even after spending thousands of money for a treatment and products. Different technicians had different recommendations and steps when doing the treatment. The acne set given to me was incomplete as they had run out of one of the products even though I have booked an appointment weeks before hand. Over all, I wouldn’t recommend their acne treatment.

I came to form and function to have a facial recommended by a friend of mine and noticed a massive difference with my skin. Using the products now my skin is much healthier, with fewer blemishes and still improving. The staff also were super friendly. I’ll be sure to return again.

Hands down the best beauty parlor that I have ever been too. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly - they make you feel at so much ease during treatments and I always leave with a smile on my face. Could not recommend this clinic enough!!!!

Highly recommend the ponsonby clinic, all the ladies are very knowledgeable and so lovely! I'd highly recommended going in for their hydrafacials, it makes your skin feel absolutely amazing, I was glowing for days after.I've also had great results with their products which are also super affordable! They also have great package deals year round. The clinic is always tidy and all the ladies are so friendly and professional, I'd highly recommend!
