The first time I went in for a consult, they were all so lovely and ensured I knew what they were doing and why. I felt so included in the whole decision process of the next steps regarding my acne treatment. Shout out to Tyla for making me feel so comfortable at each appointment. 10/10 would recommend for any skin treatments.

I have been seeing Jess for injectables since the very first day they opened. Jess is very friendly and welcoming and always makes me feel completely comfortable. Jess is very knowledgeable and is amazing at explaining procedures in detail so you feel well informed. I highly recommend Jess at the Cosmetic Clinic and wish I could give more stars!

I would give more stars if I were able to. All the staff at The Cosmetic Clinic Richmond are always welcoming and friendly.I've been seeing Ella for permanent laser hair removal in three areas and she's amazing! I'm a very private and shy person and right from the start she made me feel comfortable. She's always professional, friendly, kind and personable. I've been for a few sessions now (I opted for the 12 month sessions) and never once felt uncomfortable. I can't recommend her highly enough!! World class service, second to none!

Amazing amazing amazing. Always great service, right from the girls at the front desk - thank you Wendy, Sue and Jessie for always being an inviting first point of contact. Always amazing results from my laser with the more amazing Tyler, Jacqueline and Sarah. Thank you to Ella and Laura for the brilliant facials and answering all my acne questions - my skin has never looked better! Lastly a shout out to Megs and Liz for being the most knowledgeable inject team around! I am always blown away by your results and service - what a great group of girls ❤️

I see Laura for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion skin treatments and seen massive improvement with my skin, they’re professional and know exactly what they’re doing, give advice when needed and they’re super lovely and caring which tops off the service.

I come here to get all my lazer hair removal done and sometimes will get a facial! Ella does all my treatments and she is amazing! She makes me feel very comfortable as she is such a kind person and very welcoming. I have never had a problem with any treatments as she is very precise and efficient in her job. I can tell she takes pride in her job as she always ask if I am happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend her to all my friends

Laura is amazing, so lovely, friendly and a book of knowledge when comes to treatments and skin care, plus products! I go to her for all my treatments from laser to skin care. I wouldn’t trust anyone one else with my skin, she is the best!
