One of the worst service provider have lost my two packages my package has picked up 8 days ago still no update nothing at all

parcel has not moved since being scanned into the depot. i am in the south waikato and had selected shipping that would be 1-2 working days, has been a week and no sign of it even moving into being in transit from east tamaki. rang the people who i bought from - they said they couldnt do anything. rang these people who claimed to be putting in a query but nothing has happened with that either. very slow service, if the parcel ever even moves.

Not too hard to find and there is parking around the back. Came by to pick some things up. Person out front was friendly and it didn't take too long to get the package.

I would recommend people never use this company. Horrible experience.First delivery. Answered door within 30 seconds and deliverers already gone with no sights. Only left an un-personalised notes with no names on it so there's no way to tell who is the recipient.Ordered a re-delivery on another day. Waited 6 hours that day and no one came. Tried to call their customer service. Been held on phone by recorder for more than 30 minutes before a human finally picked up the phone. Totally waste of time and minutes (that is not a free call number). Was told that the parcel wasn't with driver today (despite the re-delivery order was confirmed). Also promised to provide solution within an hour. No one ever called-back. Tried to call again. another 30 minutes wasted. And this time no humans can be reached.Finally it was delivered again without notification and luckily I was at home.

They Tried to deliver a parcel" at 6:40am. First we have dogs who go off at the sound of someone breathing 5 meters from our boundary. Second 6:40am!!!? They really thought someone was going to be there to accept a parcel?No they just wanted to slip the card in the letter box and run.The phone number they give you doesn't accept calls from mobile phones...in 2019The parcel is at the depot but we're not allowed to pick up until the next day

Parcel only took two days to arrive in Auckland from the U.S and has been sitting in this depot for 18 days now and I assume i'll be waiting much longer. Every two days the tracking will say that the parcel will be delivered that day but obviously to avail. If the 'updates' are legitimate, the parcel has been bouncing between East Tamaki and North Harbour for two weeks, makes zero sense. As advised by everybody else here; avoid this company like the plague, absolutely useless.

Their staff didnt knew what was going on in their office. Wasted alot of my time making me run from nz couriers office to posthaste office.

Worst worst worst experienceOur very urgent parcel stucks in this company. No replies, no call nothing only they said no staff. Ok we understand but we can pickup but they have no information about that. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM.

If there was a choice here not to give even 1 star! This is the slowest courier company I have ever dealt with in more than 2 occasions, parcel seems to be stagnant for 2-3 days in their east tamaki branch. Customer representatives in Auckland are not helpful at all and poor customer service.
