Not impressed, omelet tasted like a Mushroom and spanish fritter, no cheese, got sauce instead of relish, got 2 of the same juices, both came out different colors, partners tasted like dirt, prices are more expensive in the Cafe than on there online menu. I came from across the road as I thought they were cheaper and weren't, should have stayed across the road and paid a couple of dollars more.Believe I would have left more satisfied and not disappointed.If I hadn't already paid, I probley wouldn't of it was that bad.

Awesome having an ice cream shop and Cafe all in one. Lovely staff every time I've visited. The large windows are north facing so gets great sun which mixes well with the ideal layout. Will definitely keep on visiting when in Pokeno.

Stopped here on way home to Waitomo. Very nice Cafe very spacious with plenty of tables that dont appear crammed. Ample off road parking. Friendly staff, great fast service.Good food selection. Nice to have ice cream available too :-)

Two lovely poached eggs, fine. Came with spinach and Hollandaise. Don't say it includes spinach if it is only for decoration. Ciabata was not buttered and was not toasted - tasted like stale bread. Hash browns too greasy. Hollandaise sauce tasted odd - something missing perhaps?Nice surroundings and good coffee, but not we will be back.

Didn't have iced Americano on the menu but happily made one for me. Spacious, clean and professional. Staff were friendly and approachable. Meal served was hot and delicious. I especially loved the fries! Super crisp and seasoned well. Looking fwd to visiting again and trying something else.Thank you.

Very disappointing. My son asked for a croissant, they had just sold the last one but one of the ladies said that she could make one for him. We went to order and the other lady said that the kitchen had closed. This was at 1.30pm. In the end she decided that she could make one. Then when I had just finished my scone, they started clearing our table even though my son was still eating. I understand the courtesy of waiting until everyone is finished is no longer practised (at most places) but she took away my teaspoon and napkin from my saucer even though I was still drinking! Very rude. The food wasn't that nice and there was hardly any filling in the pie. Expensive for the quality and service. Don't recommend

This gem is a must to have your coffee or lunch. Food great and staff even better. Mandy is gem. When going ask for her she will go the extra mile to make your day a great one. Coffee fabulous so are the meals

My regular hang out. Coffee is by far the best. Always done to perfection. The meals are great portions. Service is incredible. Great manager and team. She will always go beyond the call of duty to help. Chef does great food. Don't miss out come along and visit this awesome place
