Hi, there to start with the order as you can see in the pictures attached I placed a 1xVeggie delight with avo and 1x Veggie Smashed Falafal. The lady who made it may be she was blind and was not able to make the difference between breads I guess.. as it clearly states in the my order I wanted Veggie delight with Malted Rye Bread instead she made with Wheat bread as you can see in the picture below. Sorry I didn't took the picture of the Smashed Falafal which was made in Malted Rye as it was already eaten by my friend. Also, Olives are missing in my Veggie delight, no onions, no sauces according to my order...Tasteless, not tidy ...Really really bad experience...samething again always new staff which are not trained properly. I think people only work there to make money nobody ( owner or staff) care for customers. Running business like rats!! probably should close down..!!! Would never ever go to that store again. Shame on New Lynn Subway. One advise for you Mr./Miss. Owner if you want to keep customers happy train your staff well or better learn how to manage everything in your business.Thank you.

I visited this subway yesterday.I got a six inch three pepper chicken on malted rye bread.I have not been able to stomach anything since, I have nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and fever (hot and cold).The bread was so dry my sub fell to pieces, I could barely eat it.So much for ‘freshly made daily’ as your slogan.With the bread tasting and feeling like it’s days old suggests that perhaps the fillings and meat is all old too, resulting in food poisoning I now have.This is the worst experience I have had at a subway and I have been to many different ones. Subway has always been a favourite of mine and I can now say I won’t be visiting one for a very long time.Do not eat at this store!

We ordered 6 pack of cookies, wrote a note that we want all Chico chip, we. Still got 3 double choco chip, politely asked her if she can change it, but she was rude and replied that we don’t have any, I could clearly see there were. Very bad service won’t recommend and definitely won’t come again

Always a good experience. This business has new staff so it can be interesting but still good. They do Uber orders before waiting customers so you need to be patient.

The lady who works here, don’t know how to speak with customers, I have never experienced such a bad experience in any subway. Ordered large salad but bowl is not even half filled. It seems, She give less quantity to the customer and keep half for herself, I would suggest never visit this subway as they are just ripping customers.

I had an worst experience at New lynn Subway today. I went at 9.37 to buy subway which is almost 45 before closing time. The girl who was making sandwich was rushing so much as it was closing time. She even said no to customer who was waiting to get subway after me. At the end I order Teriyaki chicken with avocado subway. She made the worst sandwich. First she forgot to put avocado in my sandwich and while reminding she put avocado on top of the salad which makes salad fall of the sandwich and also all avocado spread on to the sheet. After all this she did not not even apologize to spoiling my dinner. If she would have tell me before that it's too late and she can't make my subway I would have left and get something else for dinner.

Upon entry the place looked super clean and tidy with the smell of fresh baked bread. Our Subs were perfectly composed. The lady worked alone without any hesitation served everyone in a timely manner. Perfect experience. Thank you. ❤️
