Positive service and good prices on the pet food we need. Cheapest place in town for our dog food. Clean and tidy.Their toys and bedding are half the price of the vet around the corner.

The discount that isn't. Today we dropped in to pick up some worming/flea tablets for our dog. These tablets are incredibly expensive for their size but today there was a 20% discount being offered. Great, we thought, we'll buy a pack of 3 tablets please. Sorry, we don't have the 3 packs and we don't know when we will have some in stock. Okay, looks like we will have to buy the single pack. At least we'll get the 20% discount. No, the discount only applies to the 3 pack, which we don't have. Newsflash Animates, you lost a customer for life today.

Good day! Animates Blenheim NZ pls put a sign on your door that you intend to sell to customers one fish (goldfish) per 50 liters of Aquarium water. Saves the general public valuable time. It is not right to tell us only when we have chosen a fish/fishes that you have this rule. I respect and understand “your house your rules” but mind you, the fishes that you are selling are definitely one too many in a tank as your 1 fish per 50liters of water rule. Thank you.

Super friendly staffs. Mentioned that my pup is a little anxious and one of the staff member spent some time sitting with her and helping her feel comfortable. Lovely people!
