Don’t know why they call themselves a post shop, they never let you send anything? Rudest staff ever, would rather send a message in a bottle than send anything at this grimy dairy. Definitely the worst dairy in wellington, maybe the whole country actually.

TERRIBLE. The woman at the counter was rude and pushy. I bought tracking for my parcel and she didn't enter the details correctly and I have no idea where my parcel is currently. I could almost get over her rudeness if she wasn't so incompetent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I would give it zero stars if I could.

DO NOT use NZ post here. Package never got scanned in and the owner claims to have never seen me or had any packages that day just an hour after posting there. All other nz post locations in Wellington seem to work well and have much more pleasant staff.

Owners are rude at times, often without saying thankyou in return. Last straw was when the lady was scanning my cash to check for counterfeits and was rather accusative about it.

The worst service of all time. Do not go there! They do not talk to you and will give you the angriest look when you bring in a parcel. My partner had a similar experience and got told don't bring parcels after 3pm" .... the next day he brought in more parcels to send in the morning and got told "bring them closer to 3pm". Never experienced such attitude and rudeness like this guy before in my whole life."

Worst postal service I’ve even seen. 1 more star for the only post shop open till 7pm.The cashier is very rude and only allows me borrow the pen when I made payment for shipping bag. After I made the payment for shipping bag, i have to pay one more dollar for tracking.There is no desk for you to write sender and receivers’ detail.

Don't come here for your postage - dosent measure or weigh your postage, you get overcharged and when you challenge it you get a weak excuse about not having the right stamps.Tell me the RIGHT amount - and if you dont have the right stamps TELL ME and I can choose to buy more or go elsewhere - general poor customer service - they just lost a customer.

Please do not go to this place for sending any parcels. The person who at the counter was extremely rude and doesn't know what to do. She was not helpful and just kept repeatedly saying buy the box and send my parcel from the cuba mall nz post. I will never ever visit here again. FYI - I ignored the other review then this was what i experienced. I don't even want to give one star. I will make a formal complaint to NZ Post as well.

I will never go here again. The service was terrible and incredibly rude. After asking for a gst receipt 3 times I finally got the eftpos ticket. They charged an extra fee for paywave that was 7% of the total which is an absolute rip off. It seems dairy owners (which this is) in Wellington are cashing in on the pandemic. Shame on them I’ll walk to a real post office next time.
