Jess and team, awesome young fullas. Explained everything about what they were doing and the why. Even checked in after the job was done to make sure things were working as they should. Can't speak highly enough of this team. You guys are AWESOME!!

What a rip off. Sending two people for a one person job, then charging an hour plus mileage for a job that took maybe 10mins if I’m being generous. Most of that on the phone to another client.

Nick and the staff are excellent very obliging. I had problem with my fridge in my Motorhome and Nick fit my vehicle in even though they are very busy he even arranged for me to be dropped back to my job in Taupo while they check out my fridge and Nick came out after work to pick me up so I could get my vehicle. What more can you ask for.Thank you Nick and your wonderful friendly staff highly recommended 5*****

Plumbing excellent. Admin leaves much to be desired. Waited nearly 4 months for an invoice. Received demands for payment. I kept asking for an invoice but to no avail. After I did pay they sent me yet another demand for payment! Also spelt my name wrong. Not impressed.

No job too small. Great service and a knowledgeable team. Jesse made a recommendation for a new toilet cistern which saved me money on replacing the toilet.

Rigby Plumbing where amazing both times. Jessie fixed a blocked tap quickly and speedily. The second visit was more dramatic as I had a burst pipe. Jessie was there within 2 hours had all the tools needed and replacement parts with him. It took him less time to fix and replace the pipe than it took to mop up all the water. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

The Rigby Plumbing team have done an excellent job of refurbishing 13 hotel bathrooms in the Suncourt Hotel, ahead of time. Very well done.

Job went alright, but didn't recieve an invoice for 10 months, then I started receiving demands that it was overdue! Not sure why they charge milage within Taupo town, cost was a bit steep.
