We were very lucky to book the room at the last minute! Despite arriving a little later than intended, we were greeted by a cheerful and friendly Hayley. The room was superb! We were very comfortable and felt very relaxed here. We decided to stay an extra night and while we had to move rooms, it was simply moving our things two doors down in the morning to an equally comfortable room, even though it was a little smaller. Hayley is a great host and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you :)

Great location and despite our late arrival we were welcomed by Hayley and shown to our room. Excellent presentation of the room - clean and tidy. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay. We'll definitely be back. Walking distance to the shops, bus stop and airport (with a stop in at Little Nessie cafe for Gareth's delicious coffees and Bacon and Egg wraps).

Great location, welcoming staff at reception and a wonderful room with a view. Lovely and excellent presentation of the room upon arrival - super clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay. Walking distance to the shops, bus stop and also airport.

Nice place to stay in Stoke. Comfortable rooms and really appreciated the fresh ground coffee for the plunger the next morning. Also thanks to Gareth and Hayley for accommodating my late check in and contacting me when found my wedding ring...ooops.

Very smart motel, beautifully decorated, with a spacious comfortable room and bathroom. It is brilliantly run by Gareth and Hayley who were both very helpful in answering queries. The motel is set back from one of the main roads into Nelson itself, an easy 15 minute drive (don't worry - there is no noise from the road!) , is close to supermarkets and cafes (just across the road) and has a laundry next door. There is plenty of parking space. Really enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Great stay. Lovely owners. Room comfortable but pillows needs some attention. I didn’t booked disable room but was given one. Water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Apart from that a great stay. We shall return.

Nice studio room, comfortable bed, quiet location, off street parking, easy walk to cafes and shops, enjoyed the very nice plunger coffee supplied and free coffees at their lovely cafe a short drive away. Enjoyed our two night stay.

Enjoyed our stay at a 1 bedroom with single bed in living room. One issue we ran into is that the A/C is in the living room, so at night, if you want privacy and close the door, it was very hot and stuffy. Not an issue if don't care about privacy (or issues like snoring, etc.) We were there on Tues and Wed nights and struggled to find a place to eat, particularly on Tuesday (as most restaurants in walking distance were closed on Mondays and Tuesday--even though that Tuesday was Valentines Day!)

Thanks guys! We really enjoyed our short stay at your motel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, beds are divine especially after a long working day, and we especially loved going to your café for a coffee/breakfast the next morning.
