Salon 16

We are travelling around the country in our motorhome and I was due to have a haircut when we arrived in Kerikeri. I was very pleased to have chosen Salon 16, Annette was a delight and I love my haircut and the conversation. Would highly recommend

Hi, this was my second visit after my very cool hair restyle....i am allergic to Hair color products and have used Henna for years and my hair was looking really sad....Annette was enthusiastic about recommending the non- ammonia color product she uses on her clients, showing me the various color shades and taking time with her work on my cut. She was professional efficient and super friendly kind and very interesting. I left her salon with a really pretty head of hair, a fabulous new color scheme and i felt uplifted and wonderful. Thank you Annette....PS .....and her Shampoo And Conditioner are Awesome - her (own)Hair Oil mix is gorgeous....

I have very thick (grey)hair and I asked for a wash and wear style as we are on holiday. Nailed it thank you so much.15/9/22 Update Annette told me her clients get extra time between cuts. I can now vouch for that. I usually get my hair cut 4 weekly. It us now coming up two months and it has retained the style .I wish I was closer for another cut..

After being several months overdue for a cut and colour I was delighted to come across Annette. By far the best haircut and colour I've had in a decade. Lovely lady and super interesting.

I found Salon 16 on google which had very good review, so I thought I would give it a go and booked in on 31/5/23.My experience from start to finish with Annette was perfect! My hair is silver, fine, thin & has no body (I stopped colouring 3 years ago) and was initially looking for a trim. I asked Annette for her suggestions & was sceptical at first, as she suggested a fringe & middle part. I have never had a middle part & fringe....not for a very long time. I decided to take the chance & go for something different and the end result was perfect! I absolutely loved it! Annette is a lovely, caring, down to earth & professional hairdresser, one who listens to her clients.My only regret is that I didn't find her salon when I first moved to Russell and now I am relocating to the South Island and hope I can find another hairdresser as good as she is.I can't recommend Salon 16 highly enough. Took my daughter to lovely Annette, she walked out looking fabu with long silky hair. Love the products too. Very pleased indeed... highly recommend.

Annette is fabulous. I had been holding off on having my hair cut having moved to Kerikeri and left the one hairdresser I trusted behind in Auckland. With slight trepidation I made an appointment with Annette. The moment I walked through the door, and she greeted me with her beautiful smile, I felt at ease. She listened to what I was looking for, and also gave me some super tips on how to look after my curly hair (and her 7 oils treatment is to die for). Not only that, but Annette is a keen equestrienne, has a lovely sense of humour, and is, IMHO, a skilled hair professional :)

I love my new style... permed to perfection on quite long hair by Annette. A lovely, peaceful one on one setup. Highly recommended
