New staff haven't got well trained. wear gloves,but touch food then touch money. many and many new staff coming,no any other nationalities.second time coming for convenience. Ugly wicked chicken never seen. With butter chicken juice?

04/07/2023 Ordered a take out of XL Bucket, supposed to be 16 pieces, but found only 14 pieces at home.Seems like quite a few people had encoutered this issue by looking at the reviews before me. For any future unhappy customers, you can send your complaints by going to the Contact Us section on KFC website, describe the problem, and attach photos of what you received and the receipt. You should be able to receive response from KFC this way, and generally with some compensation or money back. If you don't receive a reply in email after a couple of days, do check your junk mail folder.

Don't come in if your kids are hungry. We waited 40min. Got told the order has been given to the wrong person. And another 30min wait because kfc needs to prioritize driving through.

Short staffed. The new bacon burger is definitely worth a try for those bacon lovers among us. Moist and flavoursome chicken with spicy options.

Very disappointed. Tried the new Ziggy Bacon Burger takeaway with chips. Big Mistake. The burger was soggy, even the bacon was limp, and luke warm. The chips were also barely warm. Staff are simply not interested in their work, extremely slow - no customer service or interaction whatso ever. We will certainly not be bothering to go back in the near future..

With a few hours left of them still being open tonight, they had no chicken, wicked wings or burgers. Only 2 other people in line and no one inside and our fries were cold and unsalted and the popcorn chicken was also cold when we received it.Wont be going there again

I ordered Wicked Lunch and an additional 2 pieces of chicken today and got home to find out that there ‘re only 2 wicked wings. I tried calling them to inform them about it but no one answered. As per the receipt, it was Edna V. who had taken the order but the one who prepared my order was this white lady + an asian boy. I trusted that there won’t be any problem with my order because there’s no line at 15:49pm and no one is ordering after me and 2 of them helps to prepare the order. How can they even make a mistake but I was wrong.Less than 2 months ago, this same white lady (I don’t know her name) who seems very nice have missed one of the items ordered by the lady in front of me who’s got some kids. Back then I checked my order to see if there’s anything missing too but it’s all good, fortunately.The wings I ordered today are cold when I opened it so I don’t know if it was prepared and put in a box ahead of time (I live nearby). If not, this lady needs to be trained again if the same mistake of missing an item is getting repeated instead of having her focus on delivering the order super fast most especially if it’s not even busy. She needs to have a good attention to the items she’s preparing and count them well.

Second time we ordered for delivery and half our order was missing! Food all squashed and quality seriously questionable! Also no response on phone or email! Will definitely recommend staying well clear of this branch!
