As others have said - the ice cream is great! However, i've caught myself wanting ice cream and avoiding this place purely because the fella that works there hates any sort of customer interaction. It always feels like we are a major interruption to his movie watching while at work. I've been here many times, and every time he acts like the mere concept of customers coming into the shop is enough to send him over the edge and hate everything about ice cream. Won't be going back anytime soon unless something changes which is unfortunate because it is such a nice little ice cream shop!

The gelato is great. However, the guy behind the counter is rude & seems agitated. He needs some training on how to interact positively with customers as his manner is off-putting. I’ve been here twice - same experience each time, so will not be going back.

They don't have sprinkles. What kind of ice cream shop doesn't carry sprinkles? Disappointed kids left without ordering.

Gelato was fab and I had a really good customer service experience so was surprised when I was looking for opening hours and saw the reviews below. Sharing my experience as something different - maybe they've seen the below reviews and listened? Either way, the whole experience was great for me!

Ordered real fruit ice cream which took about 10 mins to make. Then had to ask the guy at the counter to fill up the cone more because there was barely anything in it… was really awkward. Wouldn’t recommend

Great ice-creams - but poor service today. The guy who served us seemed quite irritated. Might have been a long day I guess.
