Great service! Will definitely consider buying more outdoor kit from NZ now I have a trustworthy, and reasonably priced, way of getting to Aus.

I have been using this service for a year or so. Previously I had a bad experience with a mailforwarder in Australia. She could ignore the messages for several days, just one example. And this is important, because the sale is not waiting. Here I didn't have such problems. The communication was easy, it was same day response.All my parcels were delivered on time, although it's a pretty huge distance. The delivery was cheaper in comparison with other mailforwarding services I used in Au. And it was also safe. For the first time I received pictures of all the stuff I ordered(for me not worry), but later I didn't need this.I will definitely continue to use this service and recommend it to others.

This business is very much a can-do company! Right from the get-go in less than an hour William Wallace responded to my form submission on the company website regarding forwarding an RC part available only in NZ onward to the US. He quoted the price and gave me the necessary details in his initial response to immediately begin to get the ball rolling with having a package forwarded. Once my NZ order was delivered to his forwarding company he diligently got right to work to send my order on its way. While keeping me well updated of the status of his service for me he unexpectedly even provided images of my ordered product and it wrapped and ready for reshipping. I couldn't rate William's service any higher!! He was absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond what I would expect from a forwarding service.When I first requested a quote, he alerted me to the fact that NZ's stage 4 Covid-19 restrictions would affect the retail store being allowed to ship the item, thus affording me choice to continue or not. I decided to go ahead despite the wait, and William later notified me of changes to the restrictions meaning that my item should be considered an essential item and could be posted, he prompted me to email the store to request it be sent ASAP. Once he received it, he checked my parcel and forwarded it quickly. It arrived well packaged and in great condition.It ended up weighing more than anticipated and generously absorbed the difference.Thank you William!!
