A word of caution, funds have been stolen from my credit card after National Storage illegally kept my credit card details on file even though I'm no longer a customer. Note it's illegal to retain customer's private data and credit card details, so be aware of their lax handling of credit card details and don't let employees see your credit card number when you sign up. The money that was stolen clearly shows National Storage as the name on the stolen funds. National Storage has made no effort to reverse or refund the card and takes no responsibility for funds stolen from customer credit cards. I had to get the credit card blocked and raise a dispute with Visa that is still ongoing so the stolen funds still haven't been returned.National Storage head office made some weak fake promises they'll look into it and refund the stolen funds, but that never happened. Do not give their employees your credit card information. Cancel your credit card if you did show the number to their employees or you'll end up with funds stolen like me and you'll need to have your credit card block and reissued, which takes over a week. Do not let them store your bank account or credit card details on their system as it's not secure and you'll have funds stolen like me, even if you're a former customer. It's obviously illegal to hold onto former customer credit card details and I've had no explanation from National Storage about how they allowed this to happen. And no apology whatsoever, despite all the stress and hours I've wasted trying to recover the stolen funds.I'll write an update if National Storage ever takes accountability for the fraud and refunds the stolen money.

I had moved from Christchurch to Wellington and had trouble finding a rental house and had to store my belongings somewhere secure and convenient. Upon checking website , i found National Storage in Boulcott as a convenient location for storing my stuffs. The two lovely staffs were very welcoming and helpful to accommodate me with my request and suggested the appropriate storage unit that would suit me. The sign up process was fairly straight and simple. I will definitely recommend this place and will come back if i need a storage unit in future. Keep up the good work :)
