Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable but most importantly really patient when I comes to making decisions. They are extremely helpful in giving me information of the spa testing. They pleasantly answer the phone and give me all the time I need. They are there to help and I am still using it while I learn all about maintenance and upkeep of my spa that I really love!!!!

Super helpful team of people. Was easy to get what i wanted. They really took care delivering the Spa in a difficult to get place, and took care of removing the old spa. They followed up to make sure i was happy. It's really an amazing spa, much more quiet than my last spa. Really appreciate the service.

Popped into the showroom and both staff on the floor had very little knowledge of the spa's, and even less interest in helping you find what you're looking for. The prices are great, but the quality is definitely lacking. After doing some research found they'll be expensive to run (due to the amps and lack of insulation, and also the bare minimum acrylic thickness). Would rather an entry level spa from a reliable brand than one that looks good but won't last. Was good to have most models on display, but overall very unimpressed with the showroom experience.*Not sure how to reply - but never worked for a spa company in my life (or owned a spa before). Just well researched because they're a pricey product. I'm a teacher/mum. But the staff couldn't answer any of our questions (thickness of acrylic, what's used for insulation, what sort of ozone and efficiency, cost to run etc.) so we had to figure it out for ourselves.

Popped in to see what they had on offer and Hannah was very helpful and could answer every question I had on the spa I was interested in and so I bought it. Had a little hic-cup when delivered but easily resolved very quickly and the spa is a dream - very happy indeed with the buy and the service i received all round from them.

I email inquired about a spa during the lockdown of 2021. To my surprise i got a reply and the spa that i was after was on their shop floor. It was shipped to me in Whanganui as soon as the courier service was back up and running, no issues. I have contacted them on occasion since then for the odd bit of advice and had amazing service. I will be purchasing another spa from them in the coming future. Absolutely great guys!

Bought our spa a year ago, it was delivered on time as promised and the spa has worked well since it was installed.
