Great Wharf for cruise ships, perfect location to jump off and explore the city without needing a shuttle bus transfer.If you are arriving here on a cruise ship make sure you check out Mount Maunganui and Main Beach, both are purely stunning. Bring your walking shoes for Mount Maunganui.

When we pulled in here on Celebrity Eclipse in October 2022, the terminal was very well staffed and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Despite it being area, the Cruise terminal was relatively clean and tidy. Had a small information area there, as well as an area available for where one can use the free Wi Fi. Friendly people were around
