The entire staff in Seymour community took wonderful care of my father. Their care and compassion was much appreciated. The community has a wonderful family atmosphere and is fantastically decorated.

Good choice for elderly care. All types of services provided for every stage of elderly needs from independent apartments to full nursing care and a hospital onsite. Lovely smiling staff with a positive attitude. Highly recommended.

Whilst a relative has felt lonely there he is getting good care. Still able to manage his own daily interactions. Retains as much autonomy as possible, given his health issues.

Not impressed - looking for a rest home for my mum who will be on subsidy. The person we dealt with made my mum feel unworthy as she could not afford the extra $30-40 daily charge. The charge is not for service it's for an ensuite. They don't appear to have shared facilities & so they can charge more.My 88yr old mum left almost in tears.

Trying to contact this hospital is almost impossible. Nobody answers phones or returns calls. Time to step up with relationships with relatives of patients. Frustrated and disgusted.

This place is very good to reside in for the elderly.with a Resthome, Private Hospital, daycare, activities etc. The food has always been very good. I've got 2 very dear elderly friends in there; one in the resthome and the other in the hospital part. And another very good friend going into the resthome tooFriendly staff too.

My wife was cared for at HBH for dementia. I cannot commend them enough they were helpful, professional and would keep me informed, I was there nearly every day and never saw anything to take issue with. Highly recommended
