Do not try to go early ie before 9.30 am as the are still getting the produce out.Keep a close eye on what they are scanning and entering on the cash registerGood range of fruit and produce

I prefer shopping for my fruit and vegetables from Howick branch. Their produce is well presented and much better than the supermarkets. Supermarkets spray too much water over the produce in their chiller cabinets which is the quickest way to see it perish in double quick time. In addition water residue on the product is a health hazard. These bad practices are not used in Fruit World where their fruit and veg are kept properly Dry.

Have been shopping here for a while . The lady at the checkout is definitely not customer friendly , certainly not to An Asian customer like myself. Perhaps I am a brown skin Asian and she thinks I can’t speak English . Not even a simple hello or thank you , even when I offered a hello and thank you . In this difficult times , we locals want to shop local and help the local business . There are plenty of other local fruit and veggies shop in Howick that are more deserving of our business.

Usually good, but a bag of avocados I purchased last week in Howick were really bad, I opened a couple up today and they were black inside even though they still felt hard.
